Self Portraits....Sort of

I have a goal of sorts for the year. More self portraits. I do have several ideas for others...this once has been floating around in my head for awhile. Not necessary as a self portrait though. I wanted to take a photo of a woman with a cloak and very dark, red lipstick. I pictured porcelain skin and a snowy background. With the weather that we have had lately, it seemed like an opportune time. Unfortunately, the only model around was me. The "Sort of" in the title is open for interpretation I suppose. I set up the camera in manual. However, instead of dragging my trusty tripod out into the snow, I had my husband shoot the photos with my settings. He did do a bang up job nailing the focus. It was my "vision" and my "settings", but I didn't snap the shot. So you decide...
